You can make a huge difference in the lives of so many people by delivering prepared, pre-packaged meals or groceries to AIDGwinnett clients who reside in Gwinnett County. Volunteers use their own vehicle and fuel to provide needed nutrition to clients. Volunteer mileage is usually tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Volunteers must be age 18 years of age or must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers should be licensed and insured drivers with their own vehicles.

Volunteer Reflections    Post Your Own!

Overall Experience    Experience rating
Satisfying, rewarding and fun
I have volunteered with AID GWINNETT for almost a year. The entire staff makes sure the volunteers are continually thanked for their time and efforts as well as supporting you every way possible. It is a great environment and opportunity to give back to the community and I am extremely proud of the services AID GWINNETT provides for individuals as well as the community. Their TOGA program provides needed education series for various high schools and churches, giving vital information and opportunities for young people to become more aware of the risk HIV poses in their day to day lives. It is a pleasure to work for a group of people who treat both their clients and volunteers with respect and a warm welcome daily.
