 Volunteers are needed to swim with children and youth with disabilities at Easter Seals Capper Foundation on Wednesday afternoons between 3:30 and 5:00 pm each week. Volunteers assist participants as they swim laps, practice swim strokes, increase strength and endurance in this warm water therapy pool. Pool temperature is maintained at 92 degrees and the pool is three feet deep at one end and four feet deep at the other end. Volunteers must complete application, have interview and reference checks and be 13 years of age and older. We provide orientation and training for volunteers.
