Mary comes to the C.A.R.E. Club (Community Alzheimer's Respite & Enrichment) four days a week to socialize with her friends, have a good meal and play cards. Mary's favorite activity of the week is the Monday Music program, where she sings and requests Broadway hits and golden oldies from the World War II era. Mary and her peers at the C.A.R.E. Club have Alzheimer's disease, but they remain huge fans of music. We are seeking groups of volunteers to come Christmas Caroling at the C.A.R.E. Club during December. We have a piano available for use. Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10-5. Carolers are welcome to schedule a visit anytime between 11 and 2. This would be an wonderful lunch hour project for an office staff, or school group! Please call Susan at 761-6591 to schedule your date!!
