United Way of West Central Connecticut

We are looking for volunteers for are our Weekend SoupKitchen , the hours of volunteer are from 11:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wether your handy in the kitchen or not , we have something for everything to do . We don't disgriminate age all or welcome to help . We even have 5th graders come and help serve in the Soup Kitchen . If you have any questions please call

Some lifting required to serve , and basically a great smile. Before you are placed on a team a brief 10 min orientation is involved

From Rte. 6 West take left onto Maple Street (at Railroad tracks) at second light, take right onto Center Street. Take first left onto Main Street. Before underpass, take a left onto Prospect Street. Take right onto Main Street. #43 is on left across from bank parking lot.
