Join an enthusiastic, vibrant group of people who are helping Kansas Citians solve their consumer problems. By partnering with NBC Action News we offer a unique service that gets REAL answers NOW. Through our Live Action Hotline, the public has immediate access to trained professional volunteers three days a week. For 30 years we have been Kansas City's ONLY live consumer action voice. Call For Action, Inc. has been the ONLY award-winning national network of consumer hotlines for 45 years. Must be over 21 years of age, have personal transportation to Station, have a level of physical and mental health that will not interfere with the performance of required duties and be able to commit to regularly working 5-6 hours one day/week for at least ONE year.
